365ph Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Eligibility

To register and use 365ph, you must meet the following requirements without exception. These are not optional guidelines—they are strict conditions tied to our regulatory obligations.

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. 365ph strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to verify this before using the 365ph platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or barred from gambling by any regulatory authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when placing bets.

2 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one 365ph account. Operating multiple accounts—whether under your own name or the name of others—is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration and to keep this information updated at all times. 365ph may require identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365ph username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact 365ph support immediately. Never share your login details with anyone, including 365ph staff—we will never ask for your password.

Contact Details

A valid mobile number linked to your GCash or Maya account, or a working email address, is required for account creation and ongoing communication. 365ph uses these contact details to send security alerts, transaction confirmations, and policy updates.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

365ph supports the following Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit on 365ph is ₱50.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your 365ph balance in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• 365ph does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• 365ph may request identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawals of bonus-funded winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms.

4 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 365ph are binding once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission. By confirming a bet, you accept the displayed odds, stake, and potential payout at that point in time.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amounts vary by game. The general minimum is ₱10 per bet. Maximum stake limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, event, and player account status.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• A technical fault prevents the game or event from completing normally.
• The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or postponed beyond 365ph's rescheduling policy.
• Manifest pricing or odds errors that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect.

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full to your 365ph balance.

Results and Disputes

Results shown in your 365ph account are final. If you believe a result has been recorded incorrectly, you may raise a dispute through the support channel within 72 hours of the result being published. 365ph will review all credible disputes promptly and communicate findings clearly.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

365ph offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms—these are published alongside the promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are issued at 365ph's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, household, IP address, and device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Unmet wagering requirements result in the bonus being forfeited.
• 365ph reserves the right to withhold bonus-funded winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or betting patterns designed to exploit promotions rather than engage in genuine play.

6 Prohibited Conduct

Using 365ph fairly keeps the platform enjoyable for everyone. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating more than one 365ph account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the 365ph platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering or financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 365ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

365ph has monitoring systems in place to detect unusual activity. Players found engaging in prohibited conduct waive any right to the balance in their account at the time of suspension.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

365ph may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe these terms have been violated or if required by regulatory authorities.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 365ph support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

Self-Exclusion

If you want to take a break from gaming, 365ph offers voluntary self-exclusion options ranging from a temporary 24-hour break to permanent exclusion. Visit your account settings or contact support to activate this feature. Self-exclusion at 365ph is immediate and cannot be reversed for the selected period.

8 Privacy and Data

The updated terms will always be available at this page with a revised "last updated" date clearly visible at the top. Continued use of the 365ph platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any updates to these terms, you should stop using 365ph and contact support to arrange account closure. We will return any available balance in your account upon verified request.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the 365ph platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
